  • Effortless Yummy Salad

    Ingredients:
    Green coral lettuce
    Red coral lettuce
    Butterhead lettuce
    4 or 5 cherry tomatoes
    1 tablespoon of raisins
    1 tablespoon of chia seeds
    1 Honey Sachet (approximately 1 tablespoon of honey)

    Instructions:
    1. Combine all the vegetables in a serving bowl.
    2. Sprinkle with raisins and chia seeds.
    3. Drizzle with El Nahl Honey Sachet.
    4. Mix well and serve.

  • Oats & Honey Healthy Snack

    Ingredients:
    1 cup of instant oats
    1 banana, chopped
    1 tablespoon of raisins
    250ml of milk
    1 Honey Sachet (approximately 1 tablespoon of honey)

    Instructions:
    1. Pour all the ingredients into a serving bowl.
    2. Drizzle with El Nahl Honey Sachet.
    3. Mix well and serve.

  • Go-To Avocado Toast

    Ingredients:
    1 slice of white bread
    1 ripe avocado, mashed
    1 teaspoon of chili flakes (to taste)
    1 tablespoon of 100% Pure Black Seed Honey

    Instructions:
    1. Toast the bread in a hot skillet until it is golden brown.
    2. Mash the avocado with a fork and spread it on the toasted bread.
    3. Sprinkle chili flakes according to your preference.
    4. Drizzle honey on top.

    Note: Adding chili flakes enhances the flavour without making it spicy.

  • Peanut Ajwa Date Spread

    Ingredients:
    6 to 7 Ajwa Medina dates (pits removed)
    2 scoops of peanut butter
    100ml hot water

    Instructions:
    1. Soak the ajwa dates in hot water and let them sit for 15 minutes.
    2. Blend the soaked ajwa dates and 2 scoops of peanut butter in a blender.
    3. Add 100ml of hot water to the blender.
    4. Blend on high speed until smooth.

  • Ajwa Dates Bark

    Ingredients:
    Ajwa Medina dates (pits removed)
    Peanut butter
    Almonds & cashews (from Energy Boost Trail Mix)
    Chocolate melts (milk or dark chocolate, according to your preference)
    Pumpkin seeds (also from Energy Boost Trail Mix)

    Instructions:
    1. Cut the dates and remove the pits.
    2. Press the dates into an even flat layer.
    3. Spread a layer of peanut butter evenly over the dates.
    4. Sprinkle an even layer of chopped almonds & cashews.
    5. Melt the chocolate and spread it evenly over the nuts.
    6. Top with pumpkin seeds.
    7. Place in the fridge for 2-3 hours.

  • Milk Booster for Mommies

    Ingredients:
    3 Ajwa Medina dates (pits removed)
    2 frozen bananas
    1/4 cup oats
    1 tsp cocoa powder
    3/4 cup milk
    3-4 ice cubes
    1 Honey Sachet (approximately 1 tablespoon of honey)

    Instructions:
    1. Add all ingredients to your blender and blend until smooth.
    2. Sweeten with pure black seed honey to taste.
    3. Serve fresh.

  • Healthy Snickers

    Ingredients:
    Ajwa dates (pits removed)
    Energy Boost Trail Mix (cashews and almonds only)
    Peanut butter
    Chocolate melts (milk or dark chocolate, according to your preference)

    Instructions:
    1. Remove the pits from the ajwa dates and stuff them with cashews or almonds from the Energy Boost Trail Mix.
    2. Fill each stuffed date with peanut butter.
    3. Dip them in melted chocolate.
    4. Place them in the freezer for an hour

  • Frozen Yogurt Bar

    Ingredients:
    1 1/2 cups plain Greek yogurt
    1 Honey Sachet (approximately 1 tablespoon)
    Antioxidant Trail Mix
    1 orange (sliced)
    Dark chocolate flakes (for garnish)

    Instructions:
    1. Mix the yogurt with 1 tablespoon of pure honey and spread it evenly over a lined baking sheet.
    2. Top the yogurt with Antioxidant Trail Mix and slices of orange.
    3. Finish by sprinkling dark chocolate flakes over the top.
    4. Freeze until firm.

  • Banana Toast

    Ingredients:
    2 slices of bread
    1 egg
    2 bananas
    1 Honey Sachet (approximately 1 tablespoon)

    Instructions:
    1. Preheat your oven to 160°C for 5 minutes.
    2. Whisk the egg in a bowl to create an egg wash, then spread it evenly on the bread slices.
    3. Slice the bananas and arrange them on the bread slices.
    4. Repeat the egg wash step on top of the banana slices.
    5. Toast the bread slices in the oven for about 10 minutes or until they are golden brown.
    6. Drizzle the banana-topped toasted bread slices with honey before serving.

  • Cream Cheese Stuffed Dates

    Ingredients:
    Ajwa Medina dates
    Cream cheese
    Trail mix
    Honey

    Instructions:
    1. Cut the trail mix into small pieces.
    2. Remove pits from the dates.
    3. Stuff the dates with cream cheese.
    4. Sprinkle the trail mix over the stuffed dates.
    5. Drizzle a spoonful of honey onto the stuffed dates.

  • Honey Matcha Latte

    Ingredients:
    Matcha powder
    2 glasses of soy milk (75ml and 125ml each)
    1 Honey Sachet (approximately 1 tablespoon)

    Instructions:
    1. In a glass with 75ml of soy milk, mix 6g of matcha powder and 1 tablespoon of honey.
    2. Stir well until the matcha is fully dissolved without any lumps.
    3. Pour the mixture into the glass with 125ml of soy milk.

  • Blue Cloud Latte

    Ingredients:
    Dried butterfly pea flowers
    50ml Coconut milk
    Ice cubes
    150ml Warm water
    1 tablespoon of honey

    Instructions:
    1. Add dried butterfly pea flowers to a glass of 150ml warm water, stir gently, and let the flowers steep for 7 to 8 minutes.
    2. Filter the flowers and pour the infused blue liquid into a glass filled with ice cubes to get the gorgeous deep blue color drink.
    3. In another glass, mix coconut milk with honey until well combined.
    4. Pour the coconut milk mixture into the blue butterfly pea flower tea, and your Blue Cloud Latte is ready to enjoy.

  • Honey Coffee Latte

    Ingredients:
    1 tablespoon of instant coffee
    1 cup of milk (dairy or non-dairy)
    1 tablespoon of honey
    Ice cubes

    Instructions:
    1. In a glass, add 1 tablespoon of coffee
    2. Add honey
    3. Pour 100ml of water and stir or froth
    4. Add ice cubes
    5. In a separate container, froth the milk (this step is optional)
    6. Pour the frothed milk over the coffee and ice
    7. Stir gently

  • Honey & Onion Cough Syrup

    Ingredients:
    Raw honey (we use Squeeze Bottle Original)
    2 or 3 onions

    Instructions:
    1. Layer chopped onions and honey in a jar (repeat 2 or 3 times depending on your jar size).
    2. After at least 12 hours, you can consume it.
    3. You can keep it in the refrigerator for up to two weeks!
    4. Take 1 tablespoon a day.

  • Garlic & Honey Virus Defence

    Ingredients:
    Raw honey (we use Regular Jar)
    2 or 3 garlic

    Instructions:
    1. Add the garlic cloves to a clean/sterilized jar, then pour the honey over the top.
    2. Cover the jar with a lid and be sure that the honey completely covers the garlic.
    3. “Burp” it daily to release the gas for the first month. You just open the jar and then close it. 
    4. Fermentation can take around a month, but you can start using the garlic or honey after about 2 weeks

  • Orange Cough Remedy for Kids

    Ingredients:
    1 table spoon of honey (we use one Honey Sachet)
    An orange

    Instructions:
    1. Cut an orange in half
    2. use a fork to poke holespot holes and sprinkle some salt
    3. Steam in the microwave for 2 minutes
    4. Squeeze out the juice
    5. Give it to your kids daily

  • Milk & Honey Sleep Aid

    Ingredients:
    1 table spoon of honey (we use Honey in Jar)
    A glass of warm milk

    Instructions:
    1. Prepare a glass with 250ml of warm milk.
    2. Add 1 tablespoon of honey.
    3. Consume every day before bedtime.

  • Bye Bye Belly Fat

    Ingredients:
    1 tablespoon of honey (we use Honey Sachet)
    One teapot of hot water
    Slices of cucumber
    Slices of lemon
    1 spoonful of cinnamon powder

    Instructions:
    1. Place a few slices of cucumber in the teapot.
    2. Add a few slices of lemon for a refreshing flavour.
    3. Pour 300ml of hot water into the teapot.
    4. Add cinnamon powder.
    5. Stir in 1 tablespoon of pure honey as a natural sweetener.

  • Nabeez Drink

    Ingredients:
    250g of water
    3 to 5 dates

    Instructions:
    1. Wash dates and remove pits
    2. Soak 3 to 5 dates overnight in approximately 250g of water
    3. Cover lightly (and do not soak for more than 2 days)

  • Honey Lemon Syrup

    Ingredients:
    3/4 cup of honey (or El Nahl Squeeze Bottle Original)
    2 or 3 fresh lemons

    Instructions:
    1. If you have our empty Jumbo Jar, reuse it and fill it with lemon slices. Adjust to fit as many slices as possible.
    2. Drizzle honey over the lemon slices and let them sit and macerate for at least 6 hours.
    3. Close the jar tightly, give it a good shake, and refrigerate.
    4. This syrup should last for a couple of weeks in the fridge, but it's likely to be finished before then!
